Keto Cauliflower Waffles Recipe | The Best Keto Breakfast

Start your day off with these delicious keto cauliflower waffles. Breakfast can be one of the most important meals of the day. The foods we eat first thing in the morning fuel us with energy so we have the strength to do our day-to-day activities. Just because you may be following a keto diet doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a delicious, healthy breakfast.

Keto Cauliflower Waffles Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups cauliflower

3 cage free eggs

4 oz. mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 oz. cheddar cheese

1 large finely diced bunch scallions

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower. Grate the florets and stems and place in a bowl. Stir in eggs, scallions, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour batter by ¼ cup into a preheated well-greased waffle maker. Cook until golden brown (6 to 8 minutes). Remove and serve. Top with your own choice of toppings.
