Let’s Talk FAT BOMBS!

Now let’s get to the FAT BOMBS! This Low Carb Keto Chocolate Bites Recipe  is so easy to make and taste absolutely delicious. 

Have you ever tried fat bombs?  I’m a huge chocolate lover and these fat bombs satisfy my craving for chocolate and are a super easy way to get your healthy fats in.

Below are the ingredients I use but you can get super creative and add in all natural peanut butter or cream cheese .

Make sure you’re using solid coconut oil and not a liquid brand. 

Ingredients:

4 oz. softened salted grass fed butter
4 oz. solid coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 1/2 tbsp. Swerve confectioner’s sugar
1 1/4 tsp. organic vanilla extract

I made 12 chocolate bites but you can make more or less depending on the size of the spoonfuls you make.

Low Carb Keto Chocolate Bites Recipe

In a mixer bowl or food processor add unsalted butter coconut oil, cocoa, Swerve confectioner’s and vanilla extract.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Line a try with parchment paper.

Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto lined tray.

Place tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

Yum!  I patiently waited for the hour to go by so I could taste these!
