Keto Pork Loin With Cabbage And Bacon In Under 30 Minutes

A few nights ago I cooked a 4 lb. pork loin roast for dinner and pre-portioned a couple of packages to have on hand for additional meals during the week. 

When I’m stumped on what to make for dinner having some, chicken, pork or beef leftover from another meal are my go-to staples.

That leftover pork roast came in very handy when I wanted something fairly quick and easy to make for dinner recently. 

This pork loin with cabbage and bacon took me less than 30 minutes to prepare. and just to kick it up a notch I used some pepper flakes and sriracha sauce for that extra spicy touch. 

Keto Pork Loin With Cabbage And Bacon

4 oz. cooked pork loin chopped in bit size pieces
4 oz. shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. bacon fat
2 slices uncured bacon
1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sriracha sauce
pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste


In a frying pan cook bacon until crisp and set aside reserving bacon fat.
Add cooked pork loin and cabbage.
Add salt, pepper, sriracha sauce,pepper flakes and soy sauce.
Cook for 3-5 minutes until cabbage is slightly wilted
Serve immediately and enjoy!!
