A Great Keto Turkey Salad Recipe You’ll Love

This keto turkey salad with veggies and feta cheese is a healthy salad recipe everyone needs.

Keto salads don’t have to be boring or bland when you’re following the ketogenic lifestyle. I’m always coming up with new ways to combine different varieties of greens and ingredients that are quick, easy and tasty to eat.

I had bought some Boars Head turkey grocery shopping and typically use it as a wrap around pickles or in a sandwich with romaine leaves or on some 90-second keto mug bread.

I can’t recall ever using turkey in a salad but gave it a whirl today and whipped up this delicious turkey and veggie salad with feta cheese in less than 10 minutes.

The prep for this keto turkey salad was quick to do and took less than 5 minutes to cut up and chop this medley of turkey, celery, cucumbers, tomatoes and olives.

The beauty of this turkey keto salad is that if you don’t want to use turkey, it can easily be substituted with tuna, leftover chicken or beef.

You can also substitute the spinach greens with mixed greens, lettuce or romaine or a variety of these greens. 


  • 3-¾ oz. Boars Head Turkey Breast (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 6 Large  Black Ripe Olives (drained and sliced into quarters
  • 1 ½  oz. Fresh Spinach Greens
  • 3 oz. Raw Celery diced
  • 2 oz. Roma Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 3 oz. English Cucumber (diced)
  • 1 tbsp. Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Bragg’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ tsp. Ground Oregano
  • ⅛ tsp. Ground Black Pepper


  • Layer  turkey, olives, tomatoes, celery and cucumber on a plate over a bed of spinach.
  • In a small bowl whisk olive oil, apple cider vinegar, pink himalayan salt, ground pepper and oregano.
  • Drizzle over salad.
  • Top with feta cheese.ENJOY THIS TASTY KETO SALAD!
