Keto Walnut Fudge When You Gotta Have Some Chocolate

Like it or not, we’re all human. No matter how much self-discipline we have or how strong our willpower is, there will come a time when we want something sweet and chocolatey. 

Weight loss doesn’t have to mean deprivation and crankiness! And to me, life without chocolate would be pure torture.

Thankfully, you can nourish your body with chocolate and lose weight at the same time with this Keto Walnut Fudge recipe made with cacao powder a keto superfood. 

Using raw cacao powder not only creates a rich chocolate taste but you’ll have more energy too! Cacao is an energizing food that is great for your brain and the nutrients in it actually supply motivation and who can’t want more of that!

While you can make this fudge year round with the holidays right around the corner this is one of my favorite low carb sweets that I can indulge in at less than 1 net carb per serving. 

Plus it makes a great gift to give to family and friends. 

Keto Walnut Fudge (Makes 12 Servings)

  • 4 1/4 oz of softened grass-fed butter
  • 4 1/4 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated Swerve
  • 1 1/2 oz chopped walnut pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons of Navitas Organics Keto Cacao Powder


Step 1: Mix the softened butter and the cream cheese until the mixture is free of lumps.

Step 2: Add the vanilla extract, cacao, and Swerve and mix thoroughly.

Step 3: Add the walnuts and start mixing gently.

Step 4: Place the mixture into a 8 x8 dish lined with parchment paper.

Step 5: Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
